Ilmeisesti Modeemi RY:stä on taas tänäkin vuonna menossa ihmisiä NUCCC:hen,
joten kopioin saamamme postin tänne.

Mitenkä hoidamme Modeemin jäsenien rekisteröitymisen?

Tietoa NUCCC 2003 järjestäjiltä:

Registration to the conference begins on Friday 21.2.2003.
Registration is group registration: register all participants from one
club at once!

There should be room for everybody, so don't worry if you can't registrate
during the first ten minutes ;)

Registration closes at the beginning of March (3.3)! Even if you haven't
got all the info about the participants, you should send the number of
participants so that everyone will get their conference stuff!

Registration is done by email. We will give you the registration address
by Friday on the conference's web site, http://tik.cs.hut.fi/NUCCC, on the
Registration page.

Our contact person for participants is Kim Dikert, and questions about
participating should be sent to him (kdikert@cc.hut.fi).

All necessary info about registration is shown on the web page, too.
You will also find info at the end of this email.

- group's responsible person during the conference
- contact info for the responsible person (phone number and email)
- how and when are you arriving (or let us know later if your
  travelling arrangements are not yet known)

Personal info (for each of the participants)
- name
- starting year
- nickname
- allergies and other preferences concerning food
- short description
