PE Builder v3 plugin
With this plugin you can get Info-ZIP unzip command line tool on your live cd.
The tool will be installed in system32, so it should be runnable from cmd and won't disturb another unzip installed in bin. (At least my unxutils plugin also includes unzip, but that is a lot older version than is installed with this plugin.)
